Why don’t I see my child's picture on the website?
For safety and security, we do not put the children’s images on our website. Simply choose the products you want, and during checkout we will ask you for your child's name and school. The images on the website are just sample images.
How can I order for more than one child and not have to pay multiple shipping charges?
Please complete a separate order for each child. Please use the coupon code SIBLING on additional children’s orders to waive any additional shipping charges.
Why are the prices on the website different from the prices at the school? And why can’t I order the same package combinations that were originally offered?
The packages and prices that we offer are different for each school depending on the specific needs and wants of the school, the reorder prices are uniform to all.
